We believe every company has a personality. We try to understand what each of our
clients is about so that we can determine the best "fit" for our candidates. We attempt
to get to know our candidates as well as possible; our desire is to foster long-term
relationships with both candidates and clients.

Our interviews tend to be informal and chatty so that we can learn what our candidates
are all about in order to make informed decisions about which environment would be
the most beneficial for their career growth. While we work for the clients who pay us, our
philosophy is that to satisfy those clients, we must absolutely do right by our candidates.
